UK SPECIAL DELIVERY — £5
Non UK Deliveries:
CHANNEL ISLANDS — £5.00 per order
STANDARD IRELAND DELIVERY — £5.00 per order
EUROPEAN DELIVERY — £10.00 per order, £1.00 per item
REST OF WORLD DELIVERY — £15.00 per order, £3.00 per item

All Deliveries:
Please Note: We are sorry, but we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If you, or your chosen recipient is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.
Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes as a matter of security.
Tracked orders will receive a confirmation email to their original contact email / PayPal where you will be able to follow the progress of your item and where appropriate, you will be able to rearrange your delivery if required.
If we become aware of an issue with your delivery, we will notify you using your given original contact email / PayPal.
We are sorry but we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not for any reason, we are happy to offer refunds for items cancelled within 14 days after confirmation of receipt.
Please notify us of your return or exchange by email. By providing a tracking number, it will enable us to to monitor the progress to help avoid any unnecessary delays.
Exclusions:
Please not that the following types of orders cannot be refunded:
Bespoke
Keepsake
Digital
We are sorry to say that because each portrait is totally unique, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Therefore all of our Bespoke, Keepsake and Digital purchases are non- refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours. However, if you have any problems, please email us straight away.
Purchaser pays postage on refunded items.
Eligible Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with the invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.
International Returns:
Please ensure that you clearly mark 'RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the package. This will help to prevent any customs charges being added. — Please note that any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Refund:
Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will send you a confirmation email for your returned item.
Refunds will be processed, and will be credited to the original payment card within 15 days.
